Yes. Your ticket, event details, and post-event connections all live inside the app. PlusOne is designed to enhance the real-life experience - not replace it.
PlusOne hosts selected flagship events, but most experiences are created by approved hosts within our community. We curate. They create. You show up.
Absolutely. Most people attend solo - and that's the point. Our events are designed to make it easy to talk to new people without it feeling awkward.

That's okay. PlusOne isn't about forcing outcomes - it's about creating the right environment for connection. Many people leave with new friends, great conversations, or simply a fun night out. The match is a bonus.
If an event is cancelled, the host is responsible for issuing refunds of the ticket price in line with their policy and applicable law. Platform fees are non-refundable.
Refund policies are set by each host and displayed on the event details page before booking. Most hosts allow cancellations up to 48 hours before the event, but always check the specific policy listed.
Each event clearly states its intended age range (if applicable). We aim to keep guest lists aligned so the energy feels natural and balanced.
We actively monitor guest lists and aim to keep events balanced where relevant. Some formats are curated by design. Others are open social experiences. Transparency is important to us - if an event has a specific format, it will be clearly stated.
One hour before the end of the event, you'll see attendees from your night in the app. You can like anyone you connected with. If it's mutual, you'll unlock each other's contact details (Instagram or phone number - that's up to them!)
We don't do endless in-app messaging. The goal is real-life chemistry.
You'll get a sneak peek of a few attendees 24 hours before the event (first name + photo). The full attendee list unlocks 1 hour before the event ends — so you can reconnect with someone you met but didn't quite catch the name/number of.

All guests are encouraged to complete identity verification before attending events.
No. Your profile is only visible to people attending the same event or those you match with. PlusOne profiles are not public.
Yes. You can unmatch and report any attendee directly through the app. Your comfort and safety always come first.
Some events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let the host know at the event.
